SHIPPING

When we receive an order, we try to prepare the shipment as soon as possible. In most cases we manage that all orders with confirmed payment until 1pm are shipped the same day, after this time they will be shipped the next day.

However, during festive seasons, in cases of temporary stock shortage or at times of high order flow, we may take up to 48 hours to prepare the order for shipment.

If we exceed this period we will contact you.

The shipping address may be different to the billing address and this information is set during the checkout process. Once the order has been dispatched it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

The delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the type of shipping and are calculated automatically in the shopping cart. You can choose between shop pick-up and home delivery.

SHOP PICK-UP

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order is available and you have a maximum of 15 days to make the withdrawal. In this case, you will need to present the confirmation e-mail and your ID document.

HOME DELIVERY

The order will be delivered to the address you specify in the purchase process. To track the status of your order, you can do so directly online by clicking on "My account" and choosing the "Orders" option.

RETURNS

If any purchased item does not meet your expectations you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of order.

Items must be returned in good condition, with complete original packaging and label, without any signs of effective use. Only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted. The bath articles of the Musaia collection are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

To make a return you do not need to send any form. You must access your customer area and, under Orders, select the item(s) you wish to return, indicating the reason.

We will not accept shipments with payment to the addressee or against reimbursement and we will not refund shipping costs or return shipping costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event of a refund request for an item purchased at a reduced price due to a special offer, we will refund the amount actually paid and not the original amount.

For amounts paid by Credit Card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the same method of payment. In the case of amounts paid by ATM or MBWay, the refund will be made by bank transfer, being requested the IBAN to the customer during the refund process.
